Mid-Century Ranch

The Mid-Century Ranch is a product of post-war American development, harkening to the promise of western expansiveness, collapsed within a 5,400 square foot Southern California developer’s plot. Preserving that spirit, the house now opens onto a lush private garden, with framed views that bypass the neighboring houses, to towering treetops beyond. The interior opens up as well, creating one long gallery living space, poking out to decks and the garden through existing steel-framed windows and new, welcoming wood-framed double-French doors.
